I like the idea of a heads-up display that shows more information out side of you TV. A bit like the WiiU controller. But unlike the WiiU tablet it wouldnt be just in that 10' display, it would be your full vision.
I dont like the idea of having to move around. All I want to do is sit on my sofa and play.
Keep in mind the Vita screen is almost half the resolution of a 1080p display. This heads up device will need 2 OLED screens at 1080p.

What I see Sony doing with PSN on the PS4 is what is on the PS3 atm. But cause the PS4 will have more RAM for things like cross game chat and maybe in game web browser, that will all be added to PS+.
PS+ does alot of cool things right now. like
- Auto download new game patches and PS3 firmware during the night
- Cloud saves
- Auto sync Trophies with server.
I like PS+ alot cause it give me free content, discounts & early access + ...
After the WiiU is out, the Wii sales will drop really fast. So I see the Wii ending its life at just under 110m.
The PS3 and 360 sell about 14m a year. If the next PS & xbox is out end of 2013 then the PS3 & 360 will be at around 90m & 94m by the end of 2013. After these 2 new consoles are out the PS3 & 360 are going to continue to sell for 4+ years more. While sales will start declining by around 2-3m each year.

I find it funny as hell when people think the US market is the only market that matters. When you look at sales for 2012 so far the PS3 has sold about 2.7m. 800k is only from the US. When you look at the 360 so far this year 1.9m. 1m from the US.

360 13.5M WW, 7.4M US.
The 360 depends on the US market a hell of alot more the PS3 & Wii does.

My gaming PC is about 3-4 times more powerful then these specs. I have 2 HD 6970 CFX.
But what makes me excited for the next gen is that all 3 consoles will have AMD GPUs, which means developers can make the PC the main platform and then downscale to Orbis,720 and WiiU with ease.
This approach has alot of advantages,
-Less development time, porting. More time developing.
-No one version of a game will have problems like Skyrim on PS3....
The D-Pad and right stick are way to far apart. Would be very uncomfortable.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony bought ThatGameCompany or Lightbox

I have 2 HD 6970's and play BF3 at 2560x1440 with everything maxed out and I get between 40-60fps.
You know 2 HD 6970's or a HD 6990 gives you more performance then the HD 7970. I bet the GTX 680 is not as good as 2 GTX 580 in SLI.
I wonder what the difference between HD 6970CFX(Which what I have) vs the GTX 680.
So I can get Twisted Metal for £40 from GAME or I could go to Play, Shopto or Zavvi and get it for £33.

Has everyone forgot what happened the last time Activision acquired a big studio. Bizarre Creations were at the top of there game. But cause Blur and Blood Stone didnt sell. They closed them down.

So this has also been announced for the WiiU. But there is also a Vita AC game coming, so does that mean the Vita game is something completely different?
I think MS will have a big % of next gen market share aswell. But thats not cause of games we want, thats because of this new push MS is making the 360 out to be (Kinect & Entertainment) and for that exact reason is why ive not bought a new 360 after mine RROD and I why I wont be buying the next Xbox.
Ive got much better platforms to play my games on PC, PS3,Vita.
All I want to see is a fight between Kratos & Sackboy.
