cod was 30+gb and it looked like garbage on the ps4.. it didnt even run at a solid 60fps

what they mean by "max out"
they will max out the current ps4 in 2014..
in 2015 and 16 etc devs will unlock more power thus giving us beter looking games..
example are old ps3 games when devs said we maxed out.. ex; mgs4... and uncharted.. then in 2013 we saw tlou which crushed every other game
