I know I have tried to get a key from 4 different contests.
So, I wonder out of all these contests, how many people won keys from multiple places?
I'm not talking about people that tried to get multiple keys to trade, I'm just talking about people that are covering all the bases to get one and are going to possibly get 2 or 3.
In my opinion I think their beta key distribution is retarded just for this reason.

I've owned every Nintendo system, and every Playstation. I like both companies and am bummed by this ruling. But what if this was software, and it was Microsoft or some other big company being sued, I'm willing to bet the same people that are quick to bash Anascape would flip their opinion.
There is a reason MS and Sony didn't go to court over this, Nintendo was foolish to try and win...
