@lukas No need for me rehash, I've said everything that I wanted. The X1 is the best in my eyes and truly that us all that matters to me. I have zero interest in PS4, I mean I sold my PS3 a few months after getting it because it didn't offer me anything worth my time. I loved LBP....that's it. Metal Gear 4 ( I think that was it I got the bundle) was fun but not enough for more than one play through. I always came back to the 360.

Totally agree. Call me old fashion but I love to grind and earn my rewards not buy them. Competitive multiplayer should not have micro transactions.
@lukas look at how drastically different the the 360 is today compared to when it launch. Now look at the PS3 ...the UI stayed the same for the entire gen. Hell even the PS3.5 UI looks the same as it's predecessor.

This game is making tons of money for all parties involved. We have an idea of what the x1 and PC did at retail (physical not digital) and if at least ten percent of that 80 million buys this game...yea you get the picture.
I'm pretty sure 360 owners knew TF was coming due to the huge countdown posted on the homepage 2 days ago. There may not have been a huge campaign for it like the initial launch but word of mouth more than took care of that. I think back to the reveals of both consoles and what MS showed me was mind blowing and ambitious as hell. Everything they are trying to do is next level whether it be Azure or Family sharing....dx12. The MS team takes risks good/bad and l applaud them for that.

I tend to think of it as the PS3.5...sure it's powerful but next gen is about more than just raw power. The X1 feels next gen because of what one can do with it. I'm in love with mine...no need for a side chick.

I dunno how I feel about this. Gearbox isn't developing it, it's on last gen hardware, but it's a Borderlands game;one of my all time favorite franchises. I just don't know. I want a proper sequel to BL2 not this.
You took the words right out of my mouth in regards to PS+ and F2P. PS owners love to brag about these services yet when sales of software are concerned they don't show up to the party. Question to the so called master race. Why is it that PC exclusives are no where near the level of what consoles offer? I mean Gears, Halo, The Last of Us, and any other console exclusive title wipes the floor with PC titles. On a good day I get like 16 but on average 22...that's east coast US(Virginia) but moving to Maryland soon hopefully it says the same or better.
In this case, the success of Skyrim lead them to believe that they had a sure fire win. Unfortunately this game will fail. I was on board until I learned of the sub fee and just ALL of my XBL friends that I game with feel the same way. Talk about revenue loss or missed opportunity.
