@Neco512 It will indeed at least mention the Island the news tab on Criterion.com says as such, The site has been updated going with a profile page for players on Criterion Network.
The more powerful console of this gen granted although the PS2 wasn't the most powerful of last gen but it was the most successful, now the situation has reversed in some respects, it's insulting to assume we wouldn't know this fact already.
Now most next-gen consoles have had longer life cycles then their predecessors, it all depends on when Sony can show what the PS3 can do before the next console iterations are revealed.
So enough with the 'will' in reality its 'when'.
