The demo at E3 was so lackluster compared to this; it was supposed to be 8 minutes and was more like five. No exploration really because you were constricted to a small area, and then only a handful of enemies which were killed pretty quickly. The game deserved better because it plays so well and is so gorgeous.
dunno about that but we were left very impressed with what we saw. I just wish it were a little bit longer.
When I saw this at the Bethesda press conference I was really impressed. The VA's were pretty good and it makes me want to play the original.
Really impressed with the demo. Seems very in-depth and while I don't really usually play these games I may just play Civ VI.

I disagree. I think that ultimately Microsoft's stronger and though they went with hardware more at their presser they have the big titles to attract more people.
@nottfadeaway the coalition know what they're doing and i have the utmost faith in the game after seeing what i did. plus horde 3.0 mode? that's just sick.
It was a beta for a reason and it was just multiplayer. I'm more about the campaign and this looks exactly like my kind of title to be perfectly honest.
if only you saw that demo. i had scramble with my notes so i didn't get everything. the swarm look so effing cool. they're like glowing white and it's such a contrast to the environment in the demo.
@theoldsuitedman e3 is a blast and although it's a ton of work if you're dedicated it's worth it. i actually had a friend get me into this which helped. i'm so pumped for this game though. easily in my top 5 for e3.

Very interested in this. Got to play at E3 and it looks heads and shoulders above CoD.
the atmosphere was so...it's hard to really put into words, but it was amazing. the campaign is what i'm most looking forward to, so, that's where it's at for me.
It's not going to disappoint. I ran into the head of the development studio for Gears 4; cool guy and the game is awesome. Again release can't come soon enough.
I'm thrilled about this game and the demo was incredible. October 11 can't come soon enough.
