Coming to America is one of the first Blu-Ray movies I bought (May 07). These movies were released when Paramount was with the Blu-Ray camp. Nothing new here...move along.
As for them being preordered...well probably stock that wasn't selling and decided to ship it over to another region. This is pure speculation ofcourse...but like I said this is one of those movies I've had almost a year already.
In closing...I can't wait till Paramount and friends are all on...
I've waited years for this day to happen. Finally I won't have to pay $199 per game to get the full Neo Geo experience. Sengoku - I've waited 16 years for this bad boy. Never beat it in the arcade (always ran out of quarters). Now I can finally get to the ending (didn't even know there was a part 2 & 3).

They show this game being released simultaneously with Soul Calibur 4 on June 4th.
As we know things can change at any given moment. The sooner the better if you ask me.
PCs will never be the blame because they can install the multi disk games to the HDD. This wouldn't be a problem for the 360 if HDD was standard on all versions. That is why the 360 is blamed and not the PC.
From the article earlier it stated Blu-Ray was the way to go. But if this game gets all compressed to hell and back, I'm going to be highly disappointed. If they are able to pull off the visuals from the released screen shots on multiple disks, maybe all is not lost. This game is visually superior to GTA4, I just hope the storyline will complete it and make it the total gaming experience the game has the potential to be.
It appears most people don't have to experience this when this was the normal practice. Back in '93 when I bought my first computer...a P100. Majority of all the internet providers had a base rate for so many hours spent online. If you exceeded that you would have to pay per hour. Trust me, you were getting no where fast with a 28.8k modem.
Someone above said they pay $45 for 6meg connection. I would love to have that price. Here in Guam for a stinking 3.5meg connection...
It is pretty obvious they wouldn't sell well with a format war going on. Look at the million pissed off HD-DVD owners, knowing their recent purchase will basically be a DVD upscaler. Its been over every news broadcast known to man. Hell even the Taliban has gone Blu.
...I'm alittle upset about this. I really don't want them to waste their time on a "half-assed" version. I want the total remake like the trailer from E3 05. I still have the PS1 FF7 disks. It's time for the real deal Holyfield!

I own the game and don't really care for it. The Bee Suit was pretty lame. Overall though, it's not a bad game. I think graphics are holding me back. Well I have a co-worker who bought the PS3 for movies only. He is knocking in on 40 years old...yeah I know age has nothing to do with it. But he wanted the best Blu-Ray player on the market...

Playing with someone's money isn't fun. In some places would get you killed. These companies invest a lot of time and money into their displays and presentations.

I'm sorry but this was the lamest thing any journalist/press person could ever do. Silly things like this will cause the press from being excluded from the biggest electronics show in the States. Needless to say how much it costs companies to show their stuff off. Presentations cost even more money. Think about the press that wasted time sitting there at Motorola when they could be elsewhere getting us more info on the show.

I mean really dude...you can't be serious with the standalone player line. The only Hi-Def player I own is the PS3 and currently own 31 Blu-Ray movies. Its obvious from the software sales that standalone players meant nothing in this format war.
PS3 is hands down the best Blu-Ray player on the market at this time. Why buy a standalone? Alittle common sense goes a long way my friend.
