i agree PS3 won't defeat Wii unless it drops its price to $199 which is unlikely. i can see the PS3 defeating Wii in Japan again next fiscal year though.

I don't see Sony releasing a new console this year or next year. Last year PS3 sales peaked at 14.5 million units. And this happened with the price at $299. This means that the PS3 sales still hasn't reach its potential because consoles tend to sell the most at $199. Once the PS3's price is at $199, then i can see Sony announcing the PS4.

i think its a good tradeoff since PD didn't want people to compare the generic cockpit view in the standard cars and the awesome detailed cockpit views in the premium cars.
maybe they could add more premium cars for DLCs and by the time GT6 comes out, the premium cars will double the amount now.
