My gamestop told me that they would only hold my system for 24 hours. This is a gamestop in New York.
Damn, lol. I think I'll love the xbox one over it's course with some exclusive games, but multiplats for me this gen are going to my PS4.
Thinking we'll see some new Ips. Also think a GTA V port is in there somewhere.
lol, nice
Thanks, I wish the employees at gamestop were this smart. I received a sly under the breath comment between two employees about "why get the controller now he can't use it on anything". Gamestop employees are clowns, I don't expect them them to know everything about games but they really should be quiet when it comes to this type of stuff. If customer wants to purchase something early let them there is no way of knowing the customers reasoning. Don't even want to mention...
lol, hey come on man I'm buying an xbox 1. That comment was uncalled for but funny.
Hey Abriael, did you just get an account on neogaf? Trying to find an email that would work, but I'm not allowed to use my work email.
Game play looks almost similar to previous versions. Graphics look great and will look better in person in 1080p. I just not sure if this is worth it though. I'm just not sure where else they can take sports games. Then again I buying Ghost and Battlefield at launch Xb1 and PS4 respectively. :/
Looks good. Will pick up when Vita-2000 comes stateside.
don't worry, it won't be long. From the sounds of it you'll have plenty to play until your launch.
damn, didn't know next-gen gets this serious. lol
Well I never said not to continue what they are doing on there end. Unfortunately indies are not going to move the system fast enough. Especially since indies usually hit other platforms and PC. It may work for you but as a company you need to draw in all types of consumers to thrive. Doesn't even seem like anyone takes Nintendo's online play serious. This is coming from a person who's had a Wii u since last year. I don't look at my Wii U that way. I look for their exclusives ...
I agree with you, but Nintendo needs every game they can get. Without sports titles and the like their release schedule seems barren. It's good that they'll get AC Black Flag and Batman this year but next year could get pretty grim. Yes they have X and Smash and Mario Kart, but if they want to be serious contenders and not go the way of sega they really have to figure something out.
Right now, Nintendo needs a few big titles that can not be found on any other platforms that are not Nintendo games. It can't be a new IP either unfortunately, fund Street Fighter 5 for Capcom, Off story arc Resident Evil exclusive, an old school take on Final Fantasy like 2.5d hand drawn open world. Titles that are big that no other company can get to.But I digress, knowing Nintendo of today, that's not going to happen. One can dream though.
I know, I just meant in general. :) It's sad that we have to get footage leaks,
Yeah somewhat, looking forward to the single player actually based on who is writing for it. Besides it's call of duty and it usually has solid game play at least.
Better than constant off screen footage. These companies really need to open the floodgates with footage. Especially the titles that have no current gen version of the game coming out.
Miss old jewel cases with the color manuals. I always read them on the way home. Something about them were so much cooler. Games also had their own distinct feel to them. Still love gaming but sometimes I need to take a break from playing as I get burned out. Not so in the past, could game for day's straight(of course I would sleep and eat though).
mmmm, really hope survival horror is on the rise again. Just wish these horror titles (evil within) were coming out now. Would love to have them for the cold long winter ahead, instead of the bright spring and summer of next year.
Naughty Dog is the one company I wish would release a game every year. Uncharted 2014, Last of Us 2015, New IP 2016, Jak & Daxter 2017 and so on. However with the quality at which they make games I know this is impossible, one can dream though.
