if your talking about just 1 site than thats 1 person opinion, but when you put allot of different people opinion together thats where uncharted 2 beats mgs4, cuz more people liked it and gave it higher scores.
personally for me their both amazing and MGS4 was my first MGS game and i loved it even though i didnt get the story that much
