I don't know how much is that in dollars but I bet that is not even close to 500 million dollars. Half a billion dollars in marketing is just crazy!

The Metal Gear remake on GameCube was garbage! If an HD MGS collection comes I hope they don't include that version of the game unless they can edit those cheesy/ slomo over the top action sequences cus Metal Gear is no Matrix.
I did bad upgrading from PS2 and GameCube to PS3. I think I should have bought a PsP and Ds instead...

it has an amazing soundtrack... If you like ultra linear shallow gameplay but amazing presentation then this is the game for you and for 20 buck you can't go wrong.
All it needs is to be cheap and a couple of fancy features to impress the masses and then they will jump in herds to buy the damn thing. Something like touch screen, tilt control like the Iphones and... I don't know, maybe another gimmick.
The DS was pretty crappy, the tiny dual-screen is retarded as heck, it was underpowered compared to the PsP and the touch-screen is useless if you ask me. DS = a cheap gimmick just like the Wii.

How can it sucks? Every COD game is the same game but with a couple of improvements, like the yearly sport series, every year the same game and they always get good scores and millions of people buys them.
Inafune is no creator of Mega Man and he was only a producer... I don't think Capcom will be affected in any way by this. In fact I think Capcom will be better without him, he was the "Wada" of Capcom with his retarded westernization ideas.

Stupid fans made Insomniac remove something so awesome. The 8p co-op felt so unique and now we are stuck with the usual online multiplayer modes that every FPS on the market has and boring 2p campaign co-op. Jesus... =(

Samus has no emotion on any of the games, she saved a metroid on one game but that is not enough to understand her personality. That's why many people sees her as a cold and powerful badass bitch with no relatives or fears. It is understandable why the personification in other M came as a surprise to so many people, in other M Samus is more like a female and everybody was expecting a tomboy or something. I was disappointed too...
