Very cool. Looking forward to this.
For some reason (at a quick glance) that screen shot in the n4g image reminds me of Zelda more than Pokemon.
3D Dot Game Heroes, Red Dead Redemption, and a few others look REALLY tempting....May is going to be a bad month for my wallet....
What do you mean man? The world needs another 100 modern war fps. And another 50 WW2 shooters.
I think that games can be too authentic, especially if you start doing things like calculating sniper shots. That's just absurd. A mini game like that would be very fun though :P
they were just such a stupid and terrible idea...
I completely agree. Most games have WAY too short of a single player game. Add some bad multiplayer (like most games) and you may have a good game, but it doesn't justify the price tag then.
I personally think "Downloadable Content that integrates seamlessly" would be the best thing they could do on this list. It pissed me off a lot that there was so much disconnection between the game and the expansions. It was cool, but at the same time, it sucked.
I've always been a fan of popcap games. I'm very curious to see where they go after social gaming.
I'm very impressed with how well Castlevania stands up to GOW3. GOW3 is clearly crisper and detailed, but holding every game to GOW3's standards is a bit unfair.
Out of all the theories and speculation out there about these mysterious packages, this one is the most reasonable. Infinity Ward and Activision need to do something to help their currently below-average reputations.
That is CRAZY. I can't believe that record stood for almost 30 years, and I can't believe that it was finally broken after so long. Very sweet!
As an ex gamestop employee, I can assure you, gamestop promotes idiocy on their side of the counter.
I'm looking forward to the C&C for iPad (even though I won't be getting one). Multi-touch in an rts on that sized screen sounds amazing :)
lol thank god. I'm kinda getting sick of this whole chainsaw fad because of a mediocre game with 100's of game-breaking bugs and bad boss fights.
I completely agree. It really depends on what they add and how much has changed since the first. To be perfectly honest, most of them just make the 2nd game because you know (and purchased) the first game of the same (or similar) name. Ultimately, the gamers would be happier with the same game with a different style, new characters, and a fresh story...but then it would probably sell less.
I think DLC is usually good, as long as it isn't something that is already on the disk...like RE5 and GOW2.....
TY :) Glad you liked it. The new combat system and moving battles away from the cities are what i'm most interested in. I can't wait to see them in action.
Other than that, better AI will be refreshing :)
ty :) Spent a lot of time with this one. Honestly...Civ fans all over the globe will be calling out on that day, and probably the next :P I know I am...
Maybe it's just me, but that seems like 16 too many...
