it's not game breaking or even noticeable when playing. Of course for people who are not playing it they will pick it up but people playing will naturally adjust to that amounts of lag shown in the vid. Also you can really compare Kinect lag to Move lag, there quite far apart but we may see differently when we are closer to the release of Kinect,

I'm not hating the Wii, it's not my cup of tea but I'm glad Nintendo released it because it opened the door for some great games and for other companies to invest more in Motion control then they would have before the success of the Wii
