PS3's rarely go on sales like that. I always see retailers trying to get rid of their 360's by selling them dirt cheap. Most sought after? Yes, if it was the most sought after I'm pretty sure retailers would want to sell the console way below MSRP. It seems more like people aren't buying them so retailers have to almost give them away for free just so people will take em lol

Riki, you're the one that seems insecure of God of War for even comparing bayonetta to it. You should be comparing DMC. The only thing close to GOW is Dante's Inferno and only cause it directly rips everything off of GOW. Just the fact that you keep trying to compare Bayonetta to GOW is just stupid. I don't really think anyone is doubting this is in game. There's nothing special about it to make people think it's CGI like Killzone was getting compared to. How can you want something back that you never had in the first place? PS3 owners that have backwards compatibility still have it. PS3 owners that don't have backwards compatibility never had it. They knew it didn't have BC and they obviously didn't buy it to play PS2 games otherwise they wouldn't have bought a PS3 to begin with. But I have a 60GB PS3 but I don't play the PS2 games too much. They just look too sh!tty on a HDTV. I rather have the upgraded PS3 versions like GOW Collection.
The demo is ok but when compared to God of War there's no contest. It's ripping off God of War too much and I see nothing here that God of War hasn't done and God of War did and does everything twice as better. I only see the 360 owners trying to justify this game being close to God of War cause they have no choice but to get the poor mans God of War if they want something similar to GOW.

GTA4 was probably the most anticipated. GTA is one of the most popular franchises out there. Especially since it's multiplatform. Some people said Halo 3. That may be the case...for 360 owners. But in general, GTA4 was the most anticipated game of all time(IMO).

I think it's more than safe to call this game 2009 GOTY. It's pretty much confirmed. Nothing that has come out so far goes anywhere near uncharted. I'll tell you one thing, the only game that seems to be GOTY material is Modern Warfare 2, and only because of the hype and fan base it has. All I know is that game better amaze me like Uncharted did. I highly doubt it will though. I've already experienced their engine, graphics and all that. All I'm expecting is the new story and the new features...
I already completed the game and I'm currently playing the game on Hard and trying to collect all treasures and so far not one freeze, flaw or anything. Best game I've played so far. That's just the campaign, don't even get me started with online, it's addictive!

They're not really exclusive. If I don't have to buy a 360 to play some of these games then they're not 360 exclusives. I only own a PS3 and I recently bought a Sony Vaio laptop that can play Crysis. And guess what? I didn't shell out 1,000+ dollars for it. Not even 900, 800, or even 700! just 638 USD! =D
