It might take into account the amount of people that have that trophy, that also played the game.
Otherwise all of the trophies (I'd hope) that you get from playing the 'hannah montana game' are ultra rare, simply because no one plays it.

For me it was good. Gameplay beat story plot, wasn't that interested in the story, but it just played well.
Thankfully I come under scenario 2.
