Why is every XBLA game 1200 points now? Sure this game is fun, but you can get it as an app for 3 bucks. I know they added new modes and features, so I can see 400 or 800 points. 1200 is way too steep for this game.
I'm glad this is coming out in November when all the good games come out. If those games weren't coming out at the same time, I might have been tempted to buy this stupid thing.
I'm certain it will be gears 3, and he'll show a teaser trailer. Teaser will probably be like the gears 2 one was, with no actual gameplay. He'll then say that they will officially unveil gameplay footage at E3. I think this is a no brainer.

On the PSN blog is states that "The affected PS3s can't play games or connect to the PlayStation Network, and their system clocks have been automatically reset to 12/31/99." so if the system clock reset itself to 1999 then how is it going to automatically realize it's 3-1-10? If it were this simple, Sony would have already said so. Don't you think that would be one of the first things they would check?
The screen still tears. I notice it on my 60hz set, but not really on my 120hz set. The tearing is still very much there but definitely not as much as it was in the first game.

The first Bioshock also had this option. you don't get to "choose" the framerate, you can just lock it to 60fps or unlock it.
Really, so does this mean anything at all? For crying out loud, the 360 has been out 4 years, sold millions of units and still keeps going. PS3 had a slow start, but it's picking up and has solidified it's role as a solid platform. So what if it one outsells the other at this stage of the game? I could understand if these were new systems or maybe a year old but this console war crap means nothing anymore.
These NVG's are nothing more than a toy, guaranteed to break. You aren't going to get any decent NVG's for this price, even if the 150.00 was for the goggles alone. You can buy almost 3 games for this price. I'll pass.

At this stage of the game, does this really even matter? These systems are both fully established and I don't think that any of these games that Sony is announcing are going to push out noteworthy system sales.
