I personally think that MS is following Nintendo into obscurity. One thing is clear Is that MS has given up on the XB1 (there own fault) and is using the rest of this gen to gauge interest and reaction to the possibility of leaving the console market and becoming a 3rd party game publisher focused on PC. As for Nintendo if the NX doesn't hit with consumers straight out of the gate then they may be done in the hardware console market themselves

Xbox has been my console of choice since 2001. If MS announce that Gears, Halo and forza are also going to PC then for me there really is no reason to own a xbox.

My personal take on this whole thing is that people like CrapGamer etc are passionate about xbox and they think that MS is giving up on the XB1 and they r voicing their frustrations. People complained that Doom 3 went to far away from the Doom formula because it was essentially a fps horror game and now Doom is going back to its roots as an over the top gore fest and people still complain. Make up your minds people!!!!

I think that Some games shouldn't have single player eg. Battlefield. Some shouldn't have multiplayer eg. Tomb raider and some should have both eg. GTA. The hard part is finding that balance and not tacking one on just for the sake of having it. But also knowing when u should have both. Take The Order 1886 for example. That game couldve had Multiplayer and it couldve been good but they chose not to have it and that took away from the game. Its all about balance
What I want from Nintendo firstly is a proper conference and the announcement that the NX is nothing more nothing less than a traditional gaming console. No gimmicks, just a gaming console. Anything else would b gravy
