Sony wants to get away from physical media and have everything digital to lock you into their platform. They don't care about physical media that you can resell and take away a potential sale they care about $$$$$$$$$$$
Collectors Editions are manufactured and packaged weeks in advance well before most games go gold and get printed. It would be very difficult for manufactures to assemble, package and ship thousands of CE around the world weeks before a games release just so they can include a physical copy of the game. The only way around this is to print the physical disks months in advance and risk the game leaking or delay the CE release by a couple weeks after the initial release which would upset a bunc...
Not everyone lives in the USA it’s $700 just for the console where I am. Also I wouldn’t say miles ahead it’s just a bigger screen and a slight spec upgrade with the most expensive base games in the industry

The one reason I’ve avoided Xbox consoles is because of the controller. The PS controller just feels more natural to me
I work for a multi billion dollar company and what I’ve learned so far is that these mega corporations move very slowly, departments don’t communicate and everyone is focused on their own targets. When a company gets so big it’s really hard to get any real change in a short amount of time
I think Remedy is the type of company that will cry poor no matter the results. They didn't do themselves any favours by releasing digital only and making it Epic exclusive.
I would love to see a Naruto open world RPG plenty of locations, characters and stories they could even make a trilogy starting with Naruto then shippuden and ending with boruto or make your own shinobi and choose the path you want to take
The Chinese market is so big they would be willing to develop and fund games that only get released in China. To release a game in China developers hafto follow very strict guidelines and those types of game wouldn't work in other markets around the world and Sony would know that
They are releasing to many FF games and are diluting the IP. They should put FF on ice for for 10 years and try to evolve some of their lesser known ips
Sony shouldn't be wasting first party studio talent on remakes/remasters. Sony should be contracting smaller indie developers for remakes/remasters and let the first party studios create new ip

If Ubisoft ever started remaking/remastering the AC games for PS5 this would be at the top of my list. Apart from the bugs its actually are really good game
Now that the superhero thing is old looks like video game adaptions could be the future of movies and tv shows. I would say Sega are leading the pack with the two Sonic movies but Sony wouldn't be far behind looking to take the top spot
This game is for portal jumping sweats. The no portal mode was probably where I had the most fun but it gets boring quick
