That's a load of BS. maybe it's mothers who buy a console for their kids or wives for husbands or girlfriends for boyfriends and when asked if they own a console they say yes. But no way does it mean that every woman with a console in the house is a gamer. If that were true I'd be kicking it with more females in COD or any number of online games instead of dudes. Rarely if ever do I hear any female on the other side of my mic trying to kill me and trash talking her way to victory....
One of the most important things for me in a horror game is that it scares you and not just the creepy atmosphere but the actual jump scares that actually almost make you drop the controller and gets your heart racing. This game delivers that in spades.

Many new games started on PC and when they did well enough they migrated to consoles in order to make more money for the publisher. Crysis, doom, half life, etc all started on PC. I've seen rift it looks like two separate lenses like 3d glasses. But I've seen another that's like a 360 wrap around screen is that the playstation? Because that's the one I prefer. I think Hololense just has two small screens in front of your eyes.

If you see that part in the trailer where she switches weapons to the heavier sword and than seems to power it up before she swings that part reminded me of another game just like that but Iam not sure if it was a ninja now or perhaps some other sword fighting action game. But I know for sure the entire gameplay is not unique and definitely played some game just like it. But no matter lol looks great definitely keeping my eye on this.

rapture is definitely a niche game as its unique exploration themes will appear boring to many a gamer yet it's garnered a respectable 8 average score. I tried to play it but was mind numblingly bored after five minutes though I can understand what they were trying to achieve its definitely not for everyone. Because why use the picture of an outfit that isn't in the game? After playing fatal frames first chapter I'd say yeah it's pretty creepy but everything else sucks including the camera controls and I've seen snails move faster than the character.
So no not very fun.
I own both systems and I use my Xbox mostly for movies but if I do buy a game and it's on both systems I get it for Xbox just because I find the interface more responsive and I prefer to build achievements over sonys trophies. As for the ps4 I use it only for Sony exclusives so yeah lots of dust collecting on it.
