I agree Meer might not be as top tier as other VA's but I think he did a good job for Shep.
I could never get into Hale's portrayal of Shep just due to all those unnecessary pauses in every damn sentence.

I agree Legion...I literally in ALL FPS games on the 360 push X to reload and A to jump.
IF the controls are different it feels awkward and I have to get use to the controls.

The reason people SHOULDNT buy it would be BECAUSE of the 3dTV.
To get at least a good experience with 3d you need a big screen or the 3d effect will be really really narrow and you would have to sit straight dead center.
Sony could have done alot better even if the tv was 32" ...24" is just way to small to even boast that you have a 3d TV.
Learning about Viewing Angles will help you realize this is a waste of money.
Agree NO RPG elements have been show at ALL and this was suppose to be a HEAVY RPG game.
I was floored at the stuff they showed at E3 but I still hold onto my belief that when they said they were dumbing down the game more for casuals is the truth.
I agree out of all the Halo games NONE ever came close to the epicness of H:CE.
When you got to Trust and Betrayal personally I felt like I was rushing before everything went to hell in a hand basket even if it IS just at night on the same map.

So they are making Halo 1 in HD with LIVE multiplayer and maps from BOTH halo 1 and 2.
All they need to do is throw in the Halo 2 lobby system and I will never play another multiplayer game again besides BF3 ofcourse.
After that abismal game called "Reach," Looks like 343/gear are off to a good start.
Also does anyone else NOT miss the Lobby system from 2? I loved that little sound when you got a message in Halo2.

Rank-- To each his own...I loved Mass 1 more than I did Mass2 and right now only have 1 save in Me2 at the level cap of 30 with 1 playthrough on insanity halfway through that I havent played since March.
Azn- Agree although Bio needs to throw in more RPG elements than what they took out of in ME2. I dont know why they took out changing armor at least leave that in there jeez.
For some reason Mass Effect for me the franchise not just 1 or 2 but both combined.
Have 100hrs in ME1 but still havent made a class to get the last 3-4 achievments of using biotics.
Same goes for ME2.
I can see that you've never played a Battlefield game before.
Battlefield and Bad Company are very different games.
Bad Company was to help Dice bring the console's to the "Battlefield," With easier controls compared to that of the regular Battlefield games.

Agree completely. This might be the last game I buy from EAWARE just because of what they did to Mass Effect.
I actually can see Shep dying outright just due to this being the ending of his story.
EA you have to know that they are going to milk the ME franchise to death and there is no way that Bio can bring in new faces if the big bad Shep that killed and saved Earth is still out there.

I agree completely. Bio went from Mass 1 a wholly RPG game with some shooter in it that WASNT super bad and turned the IP into a Shooter first RPG second.
I have no idea why they NEED to go after gears/UC/KZ/Halo/COD fanbase when they have a dedicated consumer base already with the first game.
Ask any person any hardcore Mass Effect 1 fan what he thinks of Mass2 ....no doubt they will say its to much of a shooter now.

General- I agree the only reason I'm even thinking about still buying the game is because of the Sheppard storyline.
I've invested lots of time into this franchise and really want to see how it ends but the never ending dribble that they spew about this game makes me feel like this game is just going to be fanservice and catered to casuals...something which the fans from the first game are not.

In the beginning Bio said that Mass Effect Trilogy will make ALL your choices matter to the very end.
Mass 1 was superb.
EA takes control of Bio
Mass 2 is pushed out fast and most of your choices in 1 meant very little if nothing in 2.
Li's in 1 didnt matter and you can even cheat on your LI from 1 in 2 and STILL stay with them.
Mass 3 gets pushed back and they have already stated that they DUMBING d...
In the beginning I didnt like the new Rep song just due to being use to the mk3 theme for so long and loving that one alot.
After awhile though this one got my attention and love it now...do have to agree though that Reptile has some of the best themes in the game.
I also like how they used it for the commercial...

I LOVE Mass Effect as a franchise..hell thats the only game I preordered last year.
