I also remember when it first came out almost everything I read was about how amazing the game was, though the ending dissapointed some. Then the internet takes over and it gradually become cool to trash the whole game, then the entire trilogy.
For me the trilogy has been one of the highlights of my gaming life so far

Say whatever you want about gtav, but what most people don't understand is the beauty of flying over the mountains when the sun is setting in the horizon. It's moments like these that make grand theft auto so special to me.
Also, a major misconception I see is that you don't get points for "killing" civilians, you get the cops after your ass and if you keep it up you most likely get wasted and have to start over. I'm preaching to the choir but oh wel...

You can't learn to throw a football from a football game, or learn to drive a car from a driving game, or shoot a gun from a shooting game. The real world skills to do these things doesn't translate from video games. Just a thought

I didn't get a pre order code, but I decided to try anyways and it let me on the game, just a small download before I was able to play. Maybe psn automatically set it up for me? I'm not complaining
