I totally agree with the writer. If you’ve played a game for hours, days, months an yes, perhaps actually years, like we all have done with Call of Duty 4, you're so much into a certain control style that you don’t want get into a new one.
I changed aiming and shooting to L2 and R2 after playing GTA4 (in CoD4 it works perfectly) and would love to do so further in KILLZONE 2, too.
For the developers it should be no big deal to integrate a full costumizable control sch...
I don't wanna dump down your euphoria, but Sony is ALWAYS working on SEVERAL still unanounced PS3 games. That's the way this business works...
