Loved the first one! Can't wait for the sequel
It took me 60 hours in total to get the platinum trophy. But I was playing on the hardest difficulty.
I voted for God of War after like 30 hours of gameplay, because I knew that this game is my GOTY before even finishing it.
It's just that good.
First it was Elden Ring, but Ragnarok is just ways above that for me.
And I really love Elden Ring, I probably have 200+ hours in that game.
But the storytelling, the world, the gameplay of GOW:R is just unmatched at this moment for me.
Eeh what? There's not 1 game I played in 30fps on my ps5...
Developers not able to get their game running in 60fps is not the consoles problem.
You can't tell me Horizon Forbidden West is able to run at 60 fps, but Gotham Knights cant.
People where willing to buy a ps5 from scalpers for prices above 700 dollars, of course a 50 dollar increase is not going to stop people from getting a ps5
You are either lying or you farmed the whole game using exploits like the big bird farm, and then start playing the game wondering why it's al so easy. You would one shot bosses at that level
Gettin to lvl 390 is impossible if you just play the game without farming for hours.
You probably spend hours farming and burned yourself out.
Only thing that was more cheap than challenging for me in this game was Melenia's blade dance attack.
New world record by Distortion2 incoming
You probably never got to the point then where bosses get actual mechanics, makes the game way more fun.
You actually have to work with your team to prevent things like a raid wipe.
Im playing on ps5 with the framerate dips and im still enjoying it more than anything i played in the last year.
So is this with or without the day one patch? I saw the message from the devs to wait for the day one patch because it wil fix a lot of problems.
Don't know if reviewers get the day one patch earlier or something.
Was lookin forward to this game, but might as wel wait for a few months and pick it up cheaper and with less bugs.
I remember reading somewhere that bungie was working on a new IP.
I think you should if you care about the story. If you don't care at al then it probably doesn't matter.
Die they fix the gasoline issue later? Because I never had problems with gas in my playtrough, but I played the game a year after release or something.
Only the Endwalker expansion is available to buy. But you need the base game to play the expansion, and a month later you still can't buy the base game.
So the article is not outdated
It's a bummer for people who are trying to get into the game, but it is nice to see that they care more about the current players having a good experience, instead of making more sales.
@Sonyslave3 The Legends mode was not included at launch with Ghost of Thushima btw. It was added later completely for free. And al dlc for the legends mode was also free.
As a option, You can now pay for the standalone multiplayer if you are only interested in that and not in the full game.
Pragmata new releasedate is in 2023. They released a short delay announcement trailer for it.
I think the biggest reason why people thought it wasn't gameplay, is because there was wasn't much gameplay at all. It was just her running in a straight line throwing some spears.
It was a heavily scripted scene, which btw looked amazing. But I said this before, I wished they showed different gameplay. Or maybe ended it with a trailer with different gameplay scenes.
Don't understand why you would release a gameplay video like this with such bad optimization. Atleast let people now what build of the game this is when you do that. Things like this leaves bad first impressions
Maybe you should read the comments below because they are al talking about Horizon.
We are talking about the show, and the horizon trailer was way better than the Elden ring cgi trailer.
There's always one...
