if i would have pc with ps4 emulator it would be console ? how about Synth? I will not protect them - they are machines that emulates humans.
i think that nv was closer to fallout 1/2 then f3
400 h of creators of game to bugtest then correct another test so... most of them stick to one structure/quest most of time to get the job done and it would be greate if they finish game once (because there was some mainquest bugs in fallout 3)
yea... when ppl ask why hardcore mod is fun ? because its "hardcore" - no its silly when ur character just put 20 stimpacks in one 2 min battle or have all ammo u found in a pocket. Still i hope that they dont cut weapon jamming from game and its based on luck now. Most needed features for me are stimpacks heal over-time and ammo weight. Hope that at "day 1" we will get some of those mods.
sadly we dont have feel from old fallouts in new ones :P its both good and bad imo :/
my hype about witcher 3 was like 100% and still i get about 60% of features. Hope that Fallout gonna cover minimum 50% of features from fallout 3 and nv with some extra stuff

most of ppl dont remember vanilla fallout 3 and they will not remember vanilla fallout 4.
"empty" space is ok too... its more immersion breaking when u exit vault and get 12031203123 map markers of new loc.. hope that does not happen ... but i feel bad after leaving falkret and 10 meters away i found dark brotherhood HQ. I like map style of witcher 3 even if there was 3 maps for whole game...
its what i expect after he dont want to say its bigger then skyrim... i prefer map structure of witcher 3 but if this is "way of bethesda" ill have to accept it... still story/settelments are features that will make players to stick to one place (its good imo).
sadly im one who dont like HD maps example ? falkret and u leave villige take turn and u are in DB HQ .... i would prefer big "empty" world with jewels and some cars/horses then on foot stuff

oh cmon NMC (basic imo) texture paches make that game look very good ... so good that when i play fallout 3 with nv (ttw mod) i just say to myself "u will have to w8 5 years of mods to get so good feeling in next fallout"
voiced voiced protagonist feature is a fail... i would like to see some acting but on leaks we can see that voice is ok but they stand almost still :/ even when he say sth "sarcastic" i dont get it bc i was still w8ing for loading animations ;p still i gonna play that greate game with fallout story hope its more that feel from fallout 1 and 2
