Toshiba only offered 100 million to Warner Bros. Even if this is true, this is really an INSULT to Warners. Paramount got 150 million and Warner was offered less. If I were the CEO of Warner Bros, I would immediately tell Toshiba to fcuk off and go Blu-ray.

This is just a automatic response to the media. No resigning of the conract, no word to go exclusive and no plan to release new titles and all the hd-dvd supporters cheers. I am afraid that a number of them will drop dead on the spot once Universal go Blue.

Most people who bought Wii are parents with young kids and they have no clue what Wii can do. All they know is that their kids love it and that it keeps them standing and jumping rather than being a couch potato. In addition, the price it right.

What for? The parents will not buy this game for their kids. Only the poor hardcore gamers who cannot afford Xbox360 or PS3 may purchase it.
It is actually a win-win situation for everyone except MS and Toshiba I guess. Until the format war ends, standard DVD will continue to dominate the market.
Give me a fuxking break. This deal is for Australia only. Not too long ago, Future Shop in Canada offered a similar deal with Xbox 360 promotion and got shxt attention.

Basically, any game that does not fit Doug's taste, it is bad. And there are tons of stupid people on board to accept his opinion as the verdict.

I don't know about about others but people are still talking about R&C. You see this game comes up on this website every week and people mentioning about it in the Sony forum every day.
