Remember Myst:RIVEN on the PSOne? That came on FIVE discs! It did not, in any way, disrupt my enjoyment of the game at all.
Looking at that list just screams at me that we are in for another year of watery JRPG's on every system. Not since Shin Megami tensei (nocturne) have I enjoyed a JRPG.
Rpg's from SE are all the same anyway. Over emontional soap operas full of spikey-haired pretty boys. BORING. Move over SE and let Level 5 entertain us.

I ended up using my pinch-nosed pliers to get all the screws out. got there in the end. Now I have 250gb to play about with.

i have yet to see an advert for LBP in the UK that isn't in a gaming mag. There is'nt even anything in-store unlike Gears which is plastered everywhere.

I certainly won't be buying Edge anymore. The whole quality of the mag has plummeted recently.
As for reviews, I don't take any notice of them anyway. I've been gaming since Space Invaders and one thing I've learned is that if I think I am going to like a game, I do. Taking one persons judgement of a game to heart is sheer folly.
Buy what you think you'll enjoy, not what someone else says you'll like.
It's simple. Nintendo are selling loads because they advertise loads. You have to advertise what you have to sell or new customers won't even know it exists.
It's one basic rule of economics. One that Nintendo and Microsoft are utilizing to its fullest and one that Sony is either ignoring or getting wrong.
Seriously, I have a mate who has a PS3. He doesn't read gaming sites or magazines, so when I asked him about LBP didn't know what it was, or who Sackboy is.

I got gta4 on release day and I'm yet to complete it. I just find the game dull and repetetive..so even more of these boring,shoot the guys hiding behind doorways, missions if a mega NO!
I have absolutely no problem with installing games and I cannot see what the problem is with people kicking off about it. It's what your hard drive is there for.
...except a few Store/Live Arcade ones. This is because we, the gamers, cannot take a download around to a friends house, or trade it in..or give it to somebody as a e.g Christmas present.
You are stuck with it on your console only.

My son, who is three, loves Toy Home. And Super Rub a Dub. Both games got slated by the hardcore simply because they are honest family fun games. More of these on PSN please.
Cannot believe I'm hearing such comments. I was impressed by the whole demo and I'm glad I now have a chance to play this classic.
I'll be buying on day one - not hanging around moaning or threatening to buy a different game just because of a few minor technicalities.
The female character in Folklore is still my favorite. Couldn't concentrate on the game for looking at her arse all the time.
