Things like COD, Killzone, The Division and all those type of games will require PS+. F2Ps by in large wont be behind a paywall.
Your paying for the right to play on THEIR servers which THEY pay for, it has nothing to do with 'Your' internet connections. First world problems... and the sense of privilege going around here is astounding.

Your not paying for internet, your paying for the damn servers, the internet is not some mystical force that allows you to play games with no inherent cost.
