Pirating is relatively small on PC in comparison to actual purchases, it's a none issue for publishers. Especially with things like Denuvo out there, it happens, but not as much as you think.

I actually pirated more games on Console than I ever have on PC...which is ZERO. My steam library is worth about 4k, probably 1k across other launchers.
