You obviously didn't see the debut trailer. The time period alone means there will be a lot of changes to the multiplayer. We already know they're changing the single player. Why would they lie about the multiplayer?

Single-Player is necessary to set-up the setting that you will be playing in multiplayer.
If they just ditched single player and only did multiplayer, it would be boring. Many people play COD only for single-player believe it or not.

Wouldn't exactly say "whole new game". It will still play and feel like Call of Duty. It will definitely be way different than Modern Warfare 3 though.

The setting and story of the game is really interesting. Opens up a lot of doors for for multiplayer. They already said that this time they are listening the community and doing meaningful changes.

You're right. You can't compare Call of Duty to Metal Gears. Call of Duty is much more fun and addicting. It's a better GAME.
Metal Gear has a better story so its more like a MOVIE.
They should just ditch the Wii and focus on Wii U.

Black OPs and Modern Warfare are 2 very different games.
They might look similar but they feel very different.
I don't prefer one over the other, they both have their pros and cons.
