Wolfgang Wozniak. What an awesome name.
Check your sources, people. Gamespot was first: http://www.gamespot.com/new...
Pachter has a point, though. The world is a different place now, one littered with mobile devices that can play mobile games. I wish it weren't so, but many people are fine with touchscreens for portable gaming.
Why couldn't the test support regular memory sticks? Why did the PS Store have to be missing so many games?
It wasn't a stable environment for a test. In a world where every Vita game is released digitally, that would be a reliable test.
If a game is on unknown platforms, what are you supposed to do with tags? This just reeks of tag spamming.
Wow, that's the first I've heard of this! Thanks, that's helpful.
My Vita was lost recently, but I'll definitely be picking this up when I get a new one.
Why is there a Vita tag here?
I'm just waiting for some creepy replies to pour in. :P
Uhhh, well... Incidentally, not too many people own a Wii U/3DS right now, and even fewer have Monster Hunter. That's not a solution.
I agree that it should definitely be there, but it's just not the same experience as firing up the game with your buddies in the same room. That's what Monster Hunter's always been about - social play.
That doesn't mean that AMD will just curl up and die. They will still maintain some sort of competition with Nvidia's PC cards.
And your logic is flawed as well. Rolling out the same tech for 6 years means minimizing production costs and maximizing profits long-term. It's more expensive to stay on the bleeding edge. Not that AMD won't do that(or try), but I'm just pointing out the obvious.
Forgetting the controversy over review copies for a second, why hasn't anyone called out the first point - stigma?
If anything, gaming press outlets feed off of negative stigmas. It gets them traffic. The whole first point is irrelevant to the argument of the article.
It's an good read. I certainly wish PSM was better-managed, because it does have a lot of potential.
I don't think any games have quite reached Super Crate Box's purity of gameplay as of yet.
Can't get a more original source than that. :P
That was very different, and very interesting. Makes me want to start microwaving things!
Then even more kudos! None of Sony's execs show that kind of sincere interest in what they're doing.
Usually, the CEOs are the worst for this sort of thing in my experience.
That presenter showed unusual enthusiasm for this sort of thing. Kudos for that.
I almost felt like reporting it for calling Deadpool's character "mature", but I guess I can let that slide...
If you look in the comments, there's a link to a second, more conventional trailer if you want to see gameplay.
From onmode-ky in the comments of the article: "SAicoro-puzzle KURA:ssic. FYI, “kura:ssic” is a deformation of the English word “classic,” and “saikoro” is Japanese for “die/dice.” So, it’s “dice puzzle classic.”"
Hope that helps.
