I've played and completed the game twice and it is a great game but all of you act like it's the most superior game to ever exist when it isn't even close. About a 9/10.
Because it is incredibly overrated. (in my opinion)

Capcom were at their best with PS1 with the old style Resident Evil games.

First of all Zak, i wasn't comparing Yakuza to TLOU, I was simply listing it in a list of games which have a more superior story overall than TLOU in my opinion.

That wasn't really overrated, most people acknowledged the fact that GTAIV was a poor quality game in comparison to the other GTA games. I think you mean it was overrated sales-wise, not quality-wise.
It's a good game but the hype is absolutely ridiculous, just like Uncharted. Naughty Dog are no where near the "best studio".
The Last of Us, GOTY 2013? Maybe... But GOTG? Absolutely not. It should've been a movie, not a game, the actual gameplay aspect is complete mediocrity.
Even the story is no where near as good as the likes of The Walking Dead, Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4 and many more games i've played over the years.
