i don't really know how the game could play like the trailer since it wasn't really anything more than a thematic advert for the game itself.
there's only so many ways you can make a game based around zombies:
a) frag-fest like left 4 dead
b) top-down shooter like dead nation
c) adventure-like game like undead nightmare
d) mindless kill zombies with items via hardcore japanese gameplay like dead rising

Dude obviously hasn't played dead space 2 and enjoyed it's needle in the eye scene.
Having no ability to aim was my issue with the game otherwise I found it seemless. I like how dead space 2 handles cinematics. One minute you'll be in control and the next your witnessing this awesome scene but it never cuts to a movie if you know what I mean. Like when the train falls after you cut yourself loose.
His arrogance is what makes him repulsive. If you're going to be a man of the "people/proletariats" ; at least be humble. His douchieness makes me want him to fall and fall HARD.
It'll def have the atmosphere no doubt, just wondering about the gameplay. I'm hoping the half life 2 allusions are true. I love that game and have yet to play a fps as engrossing since that one.

i just purchased the dragon age: origins ultimate package for $16. If this is the route that they're going to take, might as well wait a year -(
graphically it looks awesome. gameplay-wise, it looks just like the first one aside from new powers. whatever. I loved the first one.
