Sorry, but no. Beat the game and it was not an 8. I think the devs should really take those (contructive) criticisms to heart, rather than shrugging it off. I know there were lots of sh'tty trollish opinions about this game, but they should listen to constructive criticisms so they can make better games in the future.
"Cinematic approach" shouldn't be mentioned. This game is closer to a movie than a game due to that. And by that I mean you're forced to watch cutscenes more than you're actually playing. Everything else I agree with.
I agree. I can totally predict that fanboys will compare screenshots of the two consoles and say that theirs are superior to the competition when in reality its the other way around.

I'm in chapter 4 (took me about 2.5 hours to get there), and yeah long cutscenes really break the pace. And there's lots of (boring) walking around. Little action so far, but when it happens, it's really good.
The negative reviews get all the attention. This time someone rated this game positively and no one cares. Internet.
I love that they're giving a positive review. But let's be realistic here, new flagship IP? Hardly believable considering all the negative receptions.

I heard the writer of this review made fun of the game on twitter couple of days prior to his review.
Yea, PS exclusives just can't seem to enthuse people as easily as xbox ecksklusives.
Why are all the people in this game look so frickin buff? Looks stupid as hell. Reminds me of a PS2 game.
