Sorry, I'm not impressed with this game at all. And, "breathtaking tech"??? Hyperbole much?!
There's a fix for the framerate issue on the PS4. You have to reset the database of the console (takes 3 minutes to do so) and disable the online functionality.
This tells me that it's not the console that makes the game stutter, it can obviously perform better, it's the sh'tty port that causes it.
This is karma for trolling the Driveclub launch.
