I personality don't care if it comes out on 360/PS3 since the last two FF games weren't up to standard -IMO.
I just hope that Square gets back to their old days and make QUALITY JRPG every year. I remember the PS1/PS2 era when no one could touch them; they used to owned the JRPG market.
I don't see a tablet having complex game like the Vita would have; however, it'll more of a problem for the iPad/Sony Tablets devices.

360 DVD Drives even in SL mode had a problem matching the CONSTANT speed from the Blu-Ray.
The Developer on the 360 will have to place their content carefully or just go for the low speed. It all depends on the dev to map the data right on both console media. Games like Uncharted and KillZone have great graphics with no install.

am looking forward to this game. I got the first PlayStation because of TM2. I also love TM: Black; hoping that SONY makes a HD remake of that game with trophies.
I lost faith in insomniac. I'll wait for this game to drop in price. I don't think is worth $60 base on what I'm seeing and what I felt with R2 when I played it. I guess this one will not pass part 1. I just wish they add trophies to the original.
