It was perfect timing for me as I decided to replace my pro this week. I bought the NHL bundle for 320, at the time it was the same price as the standard pro, but I was able to sell NHL to offset the cost a little bit.
The annual releases dont bother me so much. Then again I only bought Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare. The servers pretty much stay populated, so it's nice that there's a lot of different options for people to attach to.
Yeah that's one thing I hate about the switch. The good games never have good sales.
Every year I look forward to E3, but without Sony it's honestly kinda sucked. So it's almost like they're ruining a cherished tradition, but it's their company and therefore their decision.
I think it's cool, bought at $25. Now it has all the games I want on it and runs the games great.
If executed well, this game is pretty much a childhood dream fulfilled, so there's no way I'm not playing it. Already preordered on PSN.
Okay, come on. S&S is longer than both of those games combined. Nota hater, Uncharted is my second favorite series (FF).
I guess your other complaint could be valid. I haven't played handhelds in like 10 years, so I havent played Pokemon since Emerald. For me it was like a nostalgia trip and just what I wanted out of.
I have PS4 Pro and Switch, used to have X1X too, but I sold it.
1. Pokemon Sword
2. Resident Evil 2
3. Modern Warfare
4. Days Gone
All great games! Just now playing through Resident Evil, just started 2nd run and am loving it, but Pokemon was a long game and I never got tired of playing it. Modern Warfare is my favorite multiplayer game this year and I definitely play it an awful lot. Days Gone was a great game that kept me engaged to the end.
@illLogic can't speak for him, but I know I've gone through my captures on several occasions. It's nice to capture great shots throughout a play through and be able to go through them to revisit a game you've already played through. Or see highlights from multiplayer matches and funny moments.
It really wasn't the best year for PS. I skipped a lot of titles this year for various reasons though. I did really enjoy Days Gone
As someone who doesn't play handhelds, and not playing a pokemon game since emerald, I really have no complaints about the game. It's a bit on the easy side, but it gave me the opportunity to use pokemon other than my main team. I like that it reminds me of my experiences with the earlier games. I'm glad it plays just about the same. They really don't make games that work like this anymore, so I actually found the more archaic gameplay refreshing, ironically.
I have never liked a Treyarch COD, and probably will never purchase one.
Not a bad list. I'm one of the probably few that believe that Mass Effect 3 is the ultimate Mass Effect entry. I really loved all 3 and 2 brought a host of improvements, but the whole time I felt like I was playing a side story.
Nah the Uncharted games are amazing. I couldn't even finish RotTR.
Killzone feels pretty different between entries. Battlefield has changed so much since BF4, I don't even enjoy the later entries. Really Battlefield 3 was the series' apex.
Man, they better not ruin it. I actually like this Call of Duty a lot and I am not actually a fan of the series. I would stop playing it if they reverted it to be like the old games.
I will literally demand a refund if they change the game I bought that was advertised this way and demonstrated in 2 betas and an alpha.
Oh Rare, why did you let them do this to you :(
That's crazy, I bought one at launch too and have been very happy with it, wouldn't ever consider going back to a regular or slim.
