Well they would probably have dev kits I would think considering they want to make games on the xbone as well but MS are making it hard to strike deals , try to deny it all you want but more devs will say the ps4 is more powerful and you will try to deny that too. It's a fact just get over it
I like how the article links to carmack to try to make the consoles seem the same yet carmack himself said he has done no benchmarks so isn't able to comment on the performance differences, why do ppl keep leaving that out?
