I think that really is the reason why I'm having a really hard time thinking about buying Switch since
there are so many games coming out for PS4 and Nier Automata come out just few days after Switch launch.
I still haven't play Ratchet & Clank,The Last Guardian,Yakuza 0,Gravity Rush 2 and another Dualshock 4 or buying a system that will be in drought of games for few months.

Last time I did that was with PS3 Slim,I just bought it from some Best Buy store in Las Vegas and realized that
the whole box wouldn't fit in my bag so I ditched the box and cram all the essentials into my bag.

Well that $50 could have gone for a game or accessories but now it's actually price $350+ with games.
That's why people are mad about this,a little over 300 with a game is fine but now it's $300 with no game and if you don't like the joy con that's another $70 for "Pro" controller followed very shortly.
I still have two Gamecube (Platinum and Spice Orange) in the drawer so this won't affect me much but for most people would be pissed with this decision from Nintendo.
Switch off as well,but I do have a fetish for Bomberman so I'll get the game at launch then Switch off ่till 2018 to buy one.

Playstation has the 3rd party titles to make up when there's gap,some luxury that Nintendo can't afford to have.
Their whole all in one approach is to blame right here,trying to please everyone having all the gimmicks cramped with
portable console that can be docked on to play on TV ended up raising the price of the unit.
Being portable device means they limiting themselves of horsepower they can put into the system.

You know we used to hold to much higher standard when it comes to battery life.
It almost as if the battery technology just couldn't keep up with all the horsepower of today's portable device.
GBA used to easily get double digit hours of battery life.
WonderSwan used to get up to 40 hours of battery life from one AA battery.
Switch set out to be another accessories driven product from Nintendo.
