DC is a paid game Sony just give people more choice to experience it.

Well for a game that built on an existing old FM5 engine I expect more than just 200 cars and I doubt the world is nearly as big as the first TDU.
Oh and FH2 have like 3 studios to develop it (Sumo,Playground,Turn 10)
While Driveclub only have a "small" studio like Evolution develop the game.
