MSN Zone was a good free service...but MS killed that model for the console users, why? Agree, Live is great, but what are really paying for? Stats? Dedicated servers (if any)? Achievements? Be able to chat to other ppl in different games? What about the ones that just want to play online w/o all the bells and whistles...I'd say make Silver members be able to play online, and if members still want more then charge Gold for all the other stuff, but I think the main reason why MS isn't going to...

well...i can afford both consoles, and i am paying for live, what pisses me off is the MS fanboys just take this out of context, I mean what kind of idiot would argue against FREE STUFF!!! Now, yes, the fee for Live translate to less than $1 a day, but why conform with that, for instance look at the old MSN Zone (where you could play PC games for free, like Age of Empires) FOR FREE...and they had the friend list, chats etc...and all of it for free. you know what...my 360 has died not long ago (actually its been months)...i want to play halo wars really bad, so I've been considering pulling the trigger for an arcade, but the thing that annoys me (and is not only with MS) is that when we buy something we paid in FULL, with good real money that never will "break", so why is it that we are getting shafted with low quality products? Are we paying with low quality money? And what's with the extended warranties business, now everyone...

That is whats wrong with RE5 (and also 4)....its no longer horror survival...now its an action game, i guess it attracts a wider audience but at the price of hardcore RE fan...so I ain't saying the game is bad...just no longer REish...and that is sad (if i want to play and action TPS, I'd pick something else)
well...i opened an UK account and d/l it...simply awesome, controls were weird at first, but then i went to alternate 2, i was annoyed at the zoom (since you have to press L1 to zoom in, and L1 to zoom out) but now I read some one's comment that there is a setting to "hold to zoom" which then will fix all the minor issues with the controller scheme....but breathtaking game....hats off to guerrilla and sony

ok...so lets GeoW2 a pass for having a f0oking bad online MP but if there is a small glitch in KZ2, then all hell will break loose...sigh...the funny thing, GeoW2 was supposed to be all about MP...so thats why lame story line and length, and bad AI was passed, but with KZ2, NOOOOOOO story line is lame -1 point, its only 10hrs -1 point, aaahhhh, online, no we can't really tell now, but we'll assume its bad so -1 point...yeah KZ2 a solid 7/10 (what a joke)

whats with the run and shoot? if thats the case go play GeoW....the thing that pisses me off about RE4-5 is that they are not horror survival...I for one use to love tight corridors, full with zombies/lickers/etc, the atmosphere was unbelievable...so IMO RE should go back to its roots...

ok...i know games need to evolve, but I don't want RE to evolve into a action run-shoot tps (i.e. GeoW2). Why? That is not RE, as simple as that. RE is a horror survival game above all, and as much as I liked the gameplay of RE4 (NOT the story line) I think RE should go back to its roots, cinematic (please no more "ada wait" one liners found in big numbers in RE4), tight corridors, flesh eating zombies, fixed camera and SCARY! So maybe I'm whining but I'm glad that there is no run/w...

you don't seem to understand my point, and is that why not add to Silver the ability to be able to play online? What's the harm? (well the harm is that they loose probably lots of its members) Is not like we are getting dedicated servers (imagine GeoW1/2 running on dedicated servers...now that I'd pay for), we are paying for P2P, which is retarded, Gold membership offers all this stuff, but so what? Make online playing free, if you want ur achievement stats, crossgame chatting, and all the go...
