I think that depends on the type of games you like...I love MGS4, GTA and GT5...with those 3 alone I'd be satisfied for a while...but for now I'll be seeing you guys in Halo3 MP.
As a side note I am also waiting for PES for PS3 or 360 (whichever gets rated higher)...and as a soccer fan this game will consume my life.

Dude I was about to talk about the Mac...and you are right...at work 95% of the programmers run pc with linux...the rest use Mac...and this is for dev purposes...however Kholinar makes a good point about custom made apps...but then again I'd stick with XP Pro.
is not hate dude...as I programmer I prefer Linux since it's stable and fast, and it offers a lot of goodies for programmers. Also, is not MS hate...is just that sometimes their apps are really buggy and not good....for instance Internet Explorer, even Office completely slows down a computer by installing all those processes needed to run a word processor. The only thing I use Windows is to play games....that's why I have a dual boot running xp pro...besides that i don't need anything from a ...

I agree...I am sure that there was a good analysis that put PS3, 360 and the Wii on a timeline but comparing how many months the console has been out...and the PS3 had almost the same trend as the 360, so yes the 360 is outselling the PS3, and it has more install base but compared to how the 360 did when it launched it was almost the same as PS3.
Well....sony does need this...I am a PS3 owner and I do love it...but this is a system that is perhaps for hard core gamers not casual gamers, and Halo 3 will bring a huge amount of casual gamers...so perhaps with a price cut people will buy the PS3 more

I don't think the box is green since this is the tin metallic box...so dude stop, no one is bashing halo, no one is saying anything except some people have scratched cds...how do they get them? Don't know but there are some people that have it already.

I think Sony should reconsider the whole strategy of selling PS3...maybe match 360s price, take the losses from the console but at least gain fan base...also why not encouraging people to stop buying the PS2 and instead buy the PS3, it's like the PS3 is also fighting against the PS2 (sigh...) or maybe a program to trade in PS2s+some money for a PS3...but one thing is for sure, SONY needs to suit the price of casual gamers since it seems that only hardcore gamers are the only ones buying PS3s...
Loved these games...I wish Shadow was released on the PSN, I'd get it.
No Zelda...no official FFVII...this is really one person's opinion...but I think most people would say that Zelda and FFVII should have a place really high up there.

I don't care who wins this war....but next time MS comes out with a new console...I will wait a long time before I get, since I don't want another Red Ring of Death repeat...and now that I remember MS has also the Blue Screen of Death....maybe they are doing that in purpose...perhaps next time it will be the White Smoke of Death when their next gen console blows up!!! Red, blue and white just to keep it patriotic like the US flag.
No dude it's not out....MS fans tend to forget that PS3 is only a year old...now games like Motorstrom, Warhawk, and HS simply show the tip of the iceberg...I'd say that to declare a winner it has to be at least at the end of 2009...also don't forget that PROVEN heavy hitters like MGS4, FFXIII, GTA4, PES, GT5 and, possibly, Killzone 2 will move the masses to acquire PS3 (especially if a price drop is announced), people don't forget that there is a world outside of the US, and that world loves...
I wonder how many people took the "Be Sneaky" advice and called out of work...lol
