i don't think the 360 is a disaster...and i don't even think apple is making ms life that difficult...however...Google is another topic...I think this is MS's main worry (ergo the offer to buy Yahoo)...I don't think MS is sitting like they were 4 years back, they were the top of the cream....now the top of the cream is Google and they are the real threat to MS...(and open source too)
well...the way i see it is that there are 100+ million ppl waiting to upgrade from a ps2, and this can throw the dominance either way...although i have a feeling that it will be in favor of the ps3

hard media is here to stay....remember: not everyonein the US has a broad band connection (even current broadband connections will take long time to d/l full hd movies), let alone the rest of the world...just for that simple reason hard media will stick around for a LONG LONG time...

dude....xhtml 2 is ded, and also dangerous since most web apps written in html4/xhtml1 will fail if the doctype is changed to xhtml2...i'll stick with the safari, opera and mozilla guys (members of the WHATWG)...maybe you should check out the html5 draft that these guys came up long time ago....so as i said i'll stick with these guys cuz so far they are the ones fighting the most for web standards
wow....the w3c finally released a draft for html5....wait didn't the WHATWG had a working draft since god know how long....i hate the w3c, they are sooo slow and the direction that they are taking it's bad...
BTW...XHTML is overrated, and not XHTML 2 is worrying since it seems that it won't be backward compatible with anything (html or xhtml 1)...so hopefully people will not jump on the xhtml wagon like they did in 1999, i mean how much fun is to write xhtml serve it as html, therefore...

let's say my friend pre-ordered the game and got the "extra" content...then on day one i go to a store and get the game but I will not get the "extra" content....so my friend and i paid the same but he got more? i don't think that is fair...i think this is just a lame attempt to inflate pre-orders to start hyping the game...after saying all this, i think i will be getting the game anyways since it looks pretty sweet
