I'm not impressed, not in the least bit.
You can actually remove that filter on the PS2 if you used the AR Max cheat system. It's pretty much the equivalent to a Game Genie, but better. It's the only way I could get through Manhunt 2 because it was such an awful game.
I bought this classic last night and streamed it for a while. It's about time Manhunt got the trophy treatment. It's one of my top three all-time favorites.
It's about time Manhunt got the trophy attention it deserves. Trophies aren't exactly needed when a game is great enough to play over and over, though it's certainly a booster! I can't wait for this to hit the US store.
If it sopports porn, it'll be a wildly successful product.
How is Manhunt not on their list? That is probably one of, if not THE most violent game ever-- is a game about making a fucking snuff film!
Do a barrel roll!
As long as this game's length lasts longer (a LOT longer) than Star Fox 64, I'll buy it. It looks like good nostalgic fun.
Yeah, I couldn't agree with you more and Brian Cox... perfect!
Also, there was a sequel to the first game but it was terrible. Believe it or not, it was available for the Wii in addition to the PS2. Because it was made available for the Wii, among other reasons, the game was watered down and heavily censored. You can, however, get around the censorship during brutal murders. If you have an original PS2 and the cheat device called Action Replay Max, you can activate a chea...
Manhunt is one of my all-time favorite games ever. I own a few copies of it, one is a factory sealed copy for the PS2. A game like this would never get released in this day-and-age. A sequel was released in 2007 but it was a watered down, empty shell of the original. I've only played through it once or twice. It's really not worth your time. The original Manhunt, however, is absolutely worth playing. I've played through it so many times now that I've lost count.
It's available for download on the PS3, no trophies, though :( I think I bought it for about $10. It looks great with smoothed graphics and in widescreen.
Cali Speed is in my N64 collection and when I get home from work this evening, it'll be the first thing I do. I've got to see this in person. It's not that I don't believe it, I just really want to see for myself.
Same here. Remember how many years passed before the in-game button cheat codes released for Goldeneye? They were made public only by the development team a good 4-5 years after the game launched, maybe more.
Finish reading the article, derp.
EA, just like any other business, is in the industry to make money. Plain and simple. They wouldn't do anything if they thought there was no profit to be made. EA just goes about it in the most ruthless, greasy ways. And it's ruining the whole experience, at least for me, anyway.
This game is a complete riot. Even with 5 play-throughs, it's still loads of entertainment gold. I even traded in my original copy to buy the special edition with Cartman figurine.
When The Fractured But Whole is released, I'm buying it on day-one!
No kidding. I couldn't listen to more than two minutes, if I even made it that far.
Are you watching this, Nintendo? Take note. You would make a lot of money if you remade this game in HD.
Who shit in your cereal this morning?
DICE is really screwing up this game. Weakening the hero star ships, Boba Fett (again), the DL-44 (yet again), the bowcaster and a ton of other features completely changes the dynamics of the game, yet the pulse cannon and A-wing remain untweaked, like PaulKersey said above me.
The game is being tailored to the loud minority, not the silent and quiet majority. The former, wanting a CoD clone while the latter were just fine with the original product.

South Park: The Stick of Truth. Nuff said.
