if my memory serves me well, for the first few months of release, the PS4 Cameras were selling faster and more out of stock situations than the XboxOne.
Since the beginning there has been a high demand for the camera, less now than initially, but that initial surge is the reason they aren't releasing PSVR with the camera. early adopters already own the camera from 2+ years ago in prep for this october to finally become reality.

i see no wear on the joysticks of the ps4 controller, so either he bought a controller to put up infront of a usb connector, or bought a ps4 just to say he owns on.

@donthate, yes you have, refer to my above comment. everytime you see an advertisement for a Car you get this kind of PR. they are telling you about the Car, and the cost to own the car. not operate the car.
Sony is telling us how much it costs to Own the HMD, not operate it, because there are people out there who already have camera's in prep for PSVR. and initial marketing is tailored towards them as they are the ones buying it.

Visual quality doesn't always mean Resolution @Psychotica. i think in this case what Agent is talking about is the minimum standards that Sony requires all PSVR games to operate at. while im not 100% sure, im guessing anyone with the time, money and talents and create and sell a VR game for OR/HTCV. so it may be more of a consistancy on PSVR
well when you were able to get 2 times the ammount of pheonix credits by beating 1 named enemy compared to 2 challenge missions, ya i expect a quick fix to it. or else everyone would be maxed on peonix credits by now

@Darth, i think that is also why they chose the artistic style. first easy for the procedure generating, but i think also for less strain on the system. from the get go, when it was first talked about i always pictured it with VR. and Sean seems to think it would be perfect which makes me think hes planned or at least kept it on a burner of possible VR incorperation.
i think the coolest thing in the game for VR would be looking at all the stars and solar systems. Straight out...

They track every SKU that leaves sony's wearhouses. every month stores report back what was sold to their distributors. theres a guy in a closet at sony HQ with a tally counting all the cameras, i've met him, him name is Quanz. he has red hair and a weird obsession with with double sided tape
it isn't false advertisement. Playstation VR is 399. 399 gets you the headset which works with every game out of the box in cinematic mode. for VR experiences the camera is needed. but that isn't part of the HMD they are selling for 399.
by your thoughts, it's false advertisement everytime a car company advertises a car at x amount of dollars becuase they don't include the cost of fuel.

One thing sony has going for it is a very strict requirement for releasing games on the PSVR. on PC anyone with the time, money and know how can make a VR game and release it.
Sony makes sure nothing is wrong, no motion sickness, no frame rate drop, no nothing. and if there is issues, they ahve a VR consultation team just to help them get it up to par.
That is real quality, and that will be better for gamers than a game that runs at 1...
