Yes take an RPG (Role Playing Game) throw in the most lively world, the most intriguing stories that turned out to all be Side Quests. (Bloody Barron could have been the entire game imo)
Add in over 50 levels to upgrade your character, with over 30 different builds you could be even before blood and wine.
Add in the nitty gritty of real world racism and sexism, and you have a story that actually feels like its a game based on an ancient history of our own...

Ya a definitly cool take would be interacting with the world while the main GOT cast are going about their days. Add in something similar to the Nemesis system from show of mordor and you got a good game. It would be cool to to keep mage users as a special unlock character aftet multiple playthroughs or something as magic isnt that prevelant in the series.
