Wwll if tou had paid attention to PSVR up until now you would know every psvr game requires a minimum 60fps.
As for your "basic" graphics. Please have a look at Robinson, Gran Turismo Sport, Eve, WiLD to know the sort of "Basic Graphics" we will be enjoying
