LOTS of people cant get their hands on the ps5 or seriesx. it aint anyones fault.
this gen has been held back by the pandemic aswell as the shortages, why do people hate the fact that some games are cross gen? i dont wanna wait years until i get my hands on the ps5, let alone on games i cant play cause theyrexclusiv to the ps5 or the series x.

they "kind of" did that with harry potter 1 and 2, were all the paintings or ALOT of them are real life paintings, but with added things, like lets say mona lisa, but with a wand and a witches hat and maybe a cat on her lap. it doesnt violate copyright since they have been changed or added things to them, but its clearly mona lisa right.
copyright is very complicated if its not outright theft and there are alot of grey areas.

ah music is really complicated. in theory you are absolutely right, but charging people to have entry to a party with music does not mean you have to give the artists a cut. because you charge for entry, not for music, that would be illegal to resell said music.
clubs dont pay percentages to artists if they play music. theyd go bankrupt if they had to pay every artist lol. music copyright and royalties are very complicated.

95% of the remake was brilliant. the last bit was batshit crazy thats true lol it did remind me of kh alot, but the rest of the game, for me, was amazing. if thats what they can do with it, then im happy enough.
cant say that the writing was off cause the english localisation is wastley different from other languages. i played it in german aswell and that was a completely different game from what the english localisation was lol.
