I have FF 6,7,8,9 and plannign on buying the digital Persona 3 game. To later on have all these goodies including Persona 4, Final Fantasy 10 and Duodecim saved on a memory card will be awesome. Play anywhere, anytime without having to change cards etc

This is optional. The battery life is similar to that off the psp. What the hell do people expect when they look at the slim design, power and other in PSV. Battery technology can't keep up with todays electronics. (while keeping it slim and portable.)
There franchises are getting stale. Good games? yes? Might need something new? Maybe. (most likely)
Seeing how Capcoms stock fell afte it was announced on 3DS we shouldn't be so sure about that.

Perhaps, but the gyro made people dizzy in Star Fox3DS. So I wouldn't count on it in the most hectic battles.
