Just watching the video, I would say the colors, and textures seem to be better looking on the 360. The drop in framerate from the PS3 is because of the quicksaving, because even my PC has a slight pause when it autosaves. As for the load times, seems to be almost identical, but the PS3 was a few seconds slower. But since I already own it for the PC, I see no reason to purchase it again for the PS3.

I always loved golf games, and im looking forward to getting this title. But IMO, I liked the Mario Golf games better.
I remember when they started to make the Mega Man/Mega Man X series on the PS One. I was disapointed to say the least when I had to get a PS One, just just play them, because they refused to support the SNES, and even then, they didnt want to develop it for the N64. So if they feel better making game for the XB360, then so do it, just dont port it over with out recoding it to play just as good on any other system.

Everything can be upated via a firmware update. Take your dvd/cd rom drive, do a search for it and i bet theres an firmware update for it. Does it help you in anyway, more then likely not.

I found this out yesterday, saw the bowling game for sale, and themes were updated. Like stated above only two new themes are there, Rachet and clank, aswell as Uncharted. Only R&C has the the the ring sound.
keep the updates to a minimum. I guess I wouldnt mind as much as long as I could do other things on the PS3, while it was updating.

Sony has not forced anything on you, because you have to buy it. It's just better tech. Hell the US goverment is forcing us to upgrade to Highdef, no more analog must be digital. HD/Blu ray, I could care less, but I do support Bluray, simply because I personaly feel it has the features I want.

Yes, I hear the Assassins Creed is freezing on the PS3. Sounds like bad coding to me. Unless the other 50 games out are the faulty ones, but they seem to work fine to me. The PS2 was notorious for being had to program for, thanks to the emotion engine chip. Which if I can recall was not really used in any games. Thats one of the draw backs on the PC realm, there are so many different configuration out there, that any game is not guaranteed to work, even if you meet the minimum systems require...
When this thing come out, you will have a successor already to replace it.
Let me guess, you can only have one monitor too. I have SLi on my computer, and the improvement is not really worth the money. Four port for support for four monitors, but SLi enabled only allows for one monitor to be used. Besides that are the PCI-E halfed to do this, on my mother board it is, so from a x16 it's not x8 for Sli to work.
