I agree about there games not looking as good on console,but most console owners don't play pc games (myself included) so there not going to notice this if they have never seen or played the pc version. I'm sure call of duty looks better on pc but i have a 1080p bravia and surround sound so my ps360 combo does me fine, as i'm sure it does most console only gamers.I've played cod4 on pc and i prefer my set up to squinting over a 19 lcd.

I got sony bravia Kdl32 D3000 with 100hz and 24p(bluray discs can it).I couldnt beleive how smooth everything ran and how crazy the textures looked in certain games.First game i played in HD was bio shock...blew me away.Once you go HD there is no turning back!
EDIT:@ lento. mine is 120Hz just checked the manual. i got it last nov.so its probably reduced now .highly recommend!

I was thinking the same thing! The combat is never really satisfying either.Id buy it for 20 quid though.probably good for one play through.I know its off topic but could we get some more project origin news on this site? I think that game is gonna be a sleeper hit.

First day purshase for me.Im buying it for 360 AND ps3 so i can kick everybodys....something. hopefully we will get some other classic capcom fighters on this sf4 engine too. A new darkstalkers and marvel vs capcom game would look insane!
I hate what they done to the sidestep/"8-way run" movement system in this game. Its become a bit sluggish now, and the characters seem a little unresponsive making it much more difficult to avoid cheap ass astaroth and maxi players that just button mash.the original on dreamcast/xbla is much more balanced.and whats with the four button instant kill switch namco? And since when in an SC game can vertical attacks track my HORIZONTAL movements? way to F*** up your own game...still goo...

Beacuse on gameplay terms it has yet to be beat.Its been nearly a year since it came out and even though i prefer cod4`s looks and enjoy the multiplayer alot, i definatly play halo3 more.when im playin cod4 i often feel the urge to go back onto halo (and im not shabby at cod4 either.K/d spread 2.63).The combat is more satisfying in halo to me personally. But COD4 is exellent too and it definatley has better graphics. But graphics aint the deciding factor in a game for me.
plus halo3 players will still be playing long the other games mentioned in this topic(MGO,COD4).people still play halo2 for cryin out loud!

It works fine on vf5 and soul calibur(xbla) should be a joy with SC4 ssf2 HDremix,and hopefully SF4.Id buy tekken for 360 simply because all my real life freinds (the one who play games anyways)have 360`s now.if it only comes out on ps3 i still get it cuz i love fighting games,and there definetly minority this gen.

Of all the comments posted on this topic .I agree with this one the most. Home/mii`s etc is lost on someone like myself. Id rather race/help (co op games)/kill my friends on a good game. And who doesn't enjoy pwning noobs?!

Cant wait to see how that looks on my tv! I alwayes preffered the forerunner and covenant maps over the earth ones.They show off the game`s art style alot better.
